Elissa is a prophetic voice and intercessor, encouraging believers to hear God's message and follow Him. She accepted Jesus at a very young age, and she started hearing God and having visions later in her adult life. Her mother and grandmother have similar giftings, so Elissa comes from multiple generations of prophetic women.

When Elissa had her first child, her visions and words from the Lord increased and intensified. By the time she had her second child, she had become even more passionate about the power of prayer and learning all she could in the Secret Place. She decided not to return to work; she relocated with her family in 2021 to focus more on her young children and spend more time in prayer.

Elissa was led to start her Instagram page, I Arose A Mother, in January of 2022. She wanted to share words from the Lord and encouragement for the future. Her first corporate visions were about children, and many of her visions include them and the restoration of families. Elissa is also involved in local prayer groups and supports her husband in his ministry and calling.

Elissa shares prophetic words on Instagram while her ministry continues to evolve to include live and recorded audio as well as public teaching. She is passionate about instructing others in how to hear God for themselves and sharing what she has learned. Elissa has been a guest on podcasts and is available for interviews, conversations, teaching, and speaking engagements.
